About This Build

When we were approached by Mr & Mrs Baker they wanted to create a stunning new family home to replace the tired existing dwelling on this beautiful site on the edge of the New Forest. They had a clear vision of what they wanted to build.

The challenge on this particular site was to meet the accommodation requirements of the clients whilst keeping the design consistent with street scene and ridge heights of the adjacent properties. Whilst tricky, planning permission was achieved on the first attempt and work began soon after.

We hope you will agree that the finished design is visually stunning. The impressive front gable forms both a porch over the front door as well as a balcony area to the first floor. Inside, the clients brief was met exactly with the majority of the house open plan, opening out to the generous rear garden.
