About This Build

This contemporary home was completed in 2018 in this beautiful seaside town in North Cornwall.

We were approached by the developers of the site to create a modern, attractive property that would sit well in the plot and take advantage of the stunning views of the north Cornish coastline.

The house was designed as an upside-down property with the first floor living area completely open plan. This opens onto a full glass and steel balcony that spans the entire width of the house with part of this being protected from the elements by the over-sailing mono-pitch roof. Whether you are inside the house or out on the balcony, the views of sea are simply breathtaking.

Downstairs we created four double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite, providing comfortable accommodation for the occupants. A generous garage provides ample storage for wetsuits and surfboards.

With a modern zinc roof, horizontal timber cladding and bespoke joinery this truly is a stand out property and has proven an inspiration for many of our other clients.
