This site, in one of Cornwall’s most sought after areas, is just beautiful. With a golf course to the rear and with views of the Helford River to the front, design of the house needed to embrace, as well as, become part of its surroundings.

Whilst traditional Cornish materials were used in the construction, the use of high pitched roofs and large areas of glass present a modern exterior and flood the house with natural light. The entrance porch has been designed to not only create a stunning entrance to the house but also to act as a roof terrace which is accessed from the first floor landing. From here it is possible to watch boats sail down the river and off out to sea. The attached garage allows access to the house as well as to the accommodation within the roof.

This house has really struck a cord with people being recently voted as the ‘Best Potton House’ of 2019.
